Your first session is 60 minutes — longer than a standard session because beginning well matters. We'll establish full context, clarify your goals, and determine whether this is the right fit before committing to ongoing work.
The standard session for ongoing depth-focused work. Sixty minutes allows space to go beyond surface-level coping and into the patterns that are actually driving your experience.
A focused session for clients who prefer a shorter format. Ideal for those who are further along in the work and using sessions for targeted, ongoing reflection.
Brief coordination outside of sessions is billed transparently so there are no surprises.
Includes phone calls, emails, and care coordination billed in 15-minute increments, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. You will always be informed before any out-of-session charges are applied.
Sessions are available on a private pay basis (cash, check, or card) or through EAP (Employee Assistance Program) benefits via Alma (Aetna, Cigna, Optum, and Carelon) in California and Florida. Out-of-session time (phone calls, emails, coordination) is billed in 15-minute increments, rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes. A Superbill can be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
