A structured clinical interview using the DIVA-5, a research-based diagnostic interview for adult ADHD, plus a review of your history and current concerns.
You'll receive a written report with diagnostic findings and practical recommendations you can share with your doctor.
1. Book a Saturday appointment online.
2. Complete your intake forms and consent before your visit.
3. Meet with Dr. Maness by secure video.
4. Receive your written report within 7 days of your appointment.
About the 7-Day Turnaround
The 7 days begin on the date of your assessment appointment, not the date you schedule it.
That timeline depends on one thing: your collateral contact (a parent, partner, or someone who knows you well) needs to return their forms within 48 hours of your appointment. That gives me time to review everything carefully.
If their forms come in late, the 7-day timeline no longer applies. You can still keep your original date with Expedited service.
Need it sooner?
Expedited (3 to 4 days after your appointment): $250
Next business day (Saturday appointment, report by Monday): $900. Available only when your collateral forms are received before your appointment.
