Adult ADHD evaluations (ages 18+) using the DIVA-5 structured diagnostic interview, conducted by telehealth on Saturdays. A written report is delivered within 7 days. The fee is $1,200, self-pay. Physician referrals and self-referrals are accepted.

My Therapy Partner is a private-pay practice. Insurance is not accepted or billed. A superbill can be provided on request for clients who choose to seek out-of-network reimbursement on their own.

All services are provided by secure telehealth (video).
